Terms and Conditions
Section 1: Applicability
- Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Coconu, the following terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements made through the company's website www.coconu.kr and via email.
- If any provision in these general terms and conditions is deemed void, voidable, or amended in a specific case, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
- Coconu operates the website www.coconu.kr.
Section 2: Product Offer
- The product images displayed on www.coconu.kr accurately represent the items offered. However, slight variations in colors and handmade details may occur.
- Coconu is not liable for any obvious pricing or shipping errors on www.coconu.kr.
- Usage of images and logos from www.coconu.kr is strictly prohibited without explicit permission from Coconu. All copyrights remain the property of Coconu.
- Copying or commissioning third parties to reproduce Coconu’s products is forbidden. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine of $50,000 per infraction.
Section 3: Order Requirements
- Coconu exclusively sells to businesses and does not cater to individual consumers.
- To place an order on www.coconu.kr, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- A minimum order requirement of $500 (or equivalent in other currencies) applies, either from a single brand or a combination of brands.
Section 4: Ordering
- Orders can be placed through www.coconu.kr.
- An order is finalized when you click 'Place Order' at checkout or successfully complete your payment via credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Section 5: Payment
- Full payment must be made in advance.
- Coconu must receive payment within seven calendar days of order placement.
- Prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes.
- Payments must be made in Euros (EUR) or US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
- Payments made via credit card, debit card, or PayPal must be processed through PayPal. An additional service fee applies.
- Bank transfers must be sent to the designated Coconu account, with details provided after order confirmation.
- Failure to make timely payments incurs a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Any costs incurred for debt collection (e.g., collection agency fees) will also be charged to the customer.
Section 6: Shipping
- Orders will only be shipped after full payment is received. Until then, ownership remains with Coconu.
- Shipments originate from South Korea and will be delivered via the chosen carrier to the specified address.
- Coconu is not responsible for shipping delays and does not offer compensation for delayed deliveries.
- Shipping costs are charged in advance.
- All shipments are at the customer’s risk and are uninsured unless insurance is explicitly requested and paid for.
- VAT, customs duties, and taxes must be paid directly to the carrier or local authorities.
- Coconu is not responsible for customs or carrier errors, and disputes must be handled directly with the relevant authorities.
- Additional charges may apply for customs brokerage services. Customers should contact their local carrier for more details.
- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay, failed delivery attempts, or other reasons, Coconu is not liable for storage, return shipping, or re-shipping costs. The customer will be responsible for all associated fees.
Section 7: Cancellations, Changes, and Returns
- Coconu reserves the right to refuse orders, particularly if they do not align with the brand's image or if resale intentions are questionable. If an order is refused post-payment, a full refund will be issued.
- Orders may be canceled if obligations are not met, with customers compensating Coconu for incurred costs and lost revenue.
- If products become unavailable, Coconu may adjust or cancel an order, notifying the customer via email. Refunds will be issued for unavailable products.
- Customers may only cancel or modify orders if processing has not yet begun. Backordered products can only be canceled if no paid reservations have been made or if the backorder exceeds two weeks.
- Refunds for canceled products will be processed, but shipping costs may not always be reimbursed.
- Additional products can be added to an order, with customers responsible for the additional product and shipping costs.
- Complaints regarding received products must be reported within seven days, along with clear photos. Coconu will issue a full refund for products that are defective, incorrect in size, color, or design, or unsuitable for resale. Refunds may require product returns at Coconu’s expense. No other returns are accepted.
Section 8: Disputes
- All agreements with Coconu are governed exclusively by Korean law.
- Disputes shall be resolved in a Korean court of Coconu’s choosing.
