Process - How to Create Your Own Design with Coconu

Step Description
1. Design Ideas Send us product samples or photos of designs you want to create. You don’t need a finished design — just share your ideas. We have a convenient form you can use.
Cost: You can send samples to us. We can provide a FedEx shipping label, but you will cover the shipping cost. Alternatively, you can arrange your own shipping.
2. Fabric Selection We send fabric swatches that match your design ideas. You’ll choose your preferred option.
Cost: Swatches are free, but you’ll cover the shipping cost.
3. Price Quotation We’ll provide a price quote for your selected designs and fabrics, similar to the wholesale pricing on the Coconu website. We will also estimate the shipping cost.
4. Sample Creation We will create a sample for your approval before full manufacturing begins.
Cost: $330 per style for sampling. If you proceed to full production, $165 will be refunded. If the project is canceled after sampling, the full $330 is non-refundable. Changes made after sampling starts will incur additional fees. Shipping the sample to you via FedEx will also be charged.
5. Down Payment A 50% down payment is required before production begins. Once paid, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
6. Manufacturing Production typically takes about 1 month. Projects requiring special packaging, hang tags, or other extras may take slightly longer.
7. Final Payment After manufacturing is complete, the final invoice will be issued. You must settle the remaining balance within 7 days.
